If my Direct card expires this month, am I automatically issued a new one?
The card is automatically renewed only if it has been used in the last 12 months before the expiry date. 🤔
A new card is generated approximately one month in advance and mailed to you at your declared mailing address. If you no longer live at the declared address, you can call us on 021.308.4000 and our colleagues will send you the data change form to your e-mail address.
