If I issue a BT Pay holder card, how will they be able to take possession of the card?

When you follow the issuing steps in the app you will have to choose how you want the card to be sent to the cardholder. They can pick it up from any BT branch, free of charge, or have it delivered by courier for a fee of £15.

The BT agency, i.e. the delivery address of the card at home, will be entered by the cardholder when finalizing the application.
