If I issue invoices from BT Go only for individuals, do I still need the e-Invoice?

Yes. Starting January 1, 2025, all invoices issued to individuals in Romania will be transmitted through the e-Factura system. These can be sent automatically to the SPV via the FGO platform integrated into BT Go.
