If I took out my statement for last month, can I ask for it again?

Of course! 😊 But it's good to know that the statement will be listed as a "duplicate" for a fee: 

➤⠀3 RON for individuals;

➤⠀and 15 RON for legal entities. 


You can also request your statement at any time via BT Visual Help: 😉

➤⠀call the number 0264 308 000 and click on the link received by SMS;

➤⠀and then, from the main menu, select the "Request extract" option .
