Both the balance of the savings account held in OTP, as well as the interest calculated to date, will be taken over by Banca Transilvania with the following characteristics:

• Interest on the savings account is calculated daily, depending on the account balance and capitalized monthly on the anniversary date;
• The decrease of the balance of the savings account below the minimum balance of 100 lei/ 100 euro is considered as early termination, which implies the automatic transfer of the balance and the interest calculated to date to the current account;
• For savings accounts held in dollars, Swiss francs and forints, both the accumulated funds and the interest calculated to date will be transferred to the current account;

Scheduled payments related to savings accounts will be taken over in BT starting March 3, 2025.
