How will I receive my salary, allowance, pension, any other income transferred under an agreement? Will Banca Transilvania contact the institutions that transfer these amounts and inform them of the new IBANs in a centralized manner?
Are you an employee/beneficiary and do you receive your salary/benefits in an account with OTP Bank on the basis of an agreement between your employer/payer and OTP Bank?Banca Transilvania will contact your employer to communicate the IBAN BTRL of the account taken over from OTP Bank so that from March-2025, your employer can transfer your money rights to the IBAN BTRL. If, on the other hand, the payer is a budgetary institution (e.g. AJPIS, CNPAS): Banca Transilvania will provide them with the necessary data to continue payments without interruption, as from March 2025. However, we recommend that you personally communicate to the institution the IBAN of your BTRL to which it will make your payments from March 2025 in order to validate the information provided by the bank and ensure the continuity of your payments.
