How do I check if the money I transferred has been cashed?

To check if your contributions to BT Pensions have been cashed in, you can go directly to BT Pay, Investments section or you can access your Online Account on the BT Pensions website. There you'll find detailed information about the amounts cashed and how they've been allocated. To access the Online Account, visit the BT Pensions - Online Account website. 😊 But don't worry, after each transfer and proper allocation of money, we'll send you a text message to the number on your membership form. ✨
