How do I check if the money I transferred has been cashed?

To check if your contributions to BT Pensions have been cashed in, you can go into BT Pay, investments tab, and select the pension fund you've transferred your contribution to. Or you can access the Online Account on the BT Pensions website. There you'll find detailed information about the amounts you've cashed in and how they've been allocated. To access the online account, visit BT Pensions - Online Account

But don't worry, after each transfer and the corresponding allocation of money, you will receive a text message to the phone number stated in the membership form. ✨
