How do I send money to another bank from BT Pay Web?
It's super simple to send money to another bank from BT Pay Web:
1. Go to the 'Payments' menu and select the 'New Payment' option.
2. Choose the account you are sending money from and fill in the name and IBAN of the recipient.

3. Enter the amount and add a description for the payment if you want.
On the run? You can select a fast processing option: 'instant' or 'urgent' - don't forget to check the processing schedule.

5. On the confirmation page, check the details. If everything is correct, click 'Proceed' again and sign the transaction.
Attention: Before entering the authorization code, check that the first two digits displayed match the first two digits in the notification.
