How do I transfer STAR points between my NeoBT cards?
In NeoBT Mobile Banking:
From the menu "Products" , tap on "My Cards". Choose your payment card, and one of the options at the bottom of the screen is "STAR Points Transfer". 😉
In NeoBT Internet Banking:
From the menu "Products" and the "My cards", select the paying card and, from its details page, click the "Options". One of the possibilities is "STAR points transfer". Select the beneficiary card, enter the number of points and authorise the transaction.
