To initiate an IBAN transfer you have 2 options: 

From the Accounts section:

❶ Choose the account from which you want to transfer the money, select the 'New payment' button;

❷ Choose the type of transfer: by new IBAN or select the account from the list of predefined beneficiaries;

❸ Enter the IBAN of the person you want to send the amount to and their name;

❹ Enter amount and payment details, select transfer type: Normal, Instant, Urgent;

❺ You authorize the transaction by entering your app PIN or authenticate it with biometric authentication.

From the Cards section:

❶ Choose "IBAN transfer" from the app;

❷ Choose transfer type: IBAN ;

❸ Enter the IBAN of the person you want to send the amount to and their name;

❹ Enter amount and payment details, select transfer type: Normal, Instant, Urgent;

❺ You authorize the transaction by entering your app PIN or authenticate it with biometric authentication.
