How am I protected in case of fraudulent transactions made without my consent with the card I own?

As required by law, in accordance with the issuance agreement between us and you, as the holder of the card, we are obliged to indemnify you in the event of fraudulent transactions carried out without your authorisation, within the meaning of the applicable law. 👍


⠀The exception here would be if you failed to comply with legal and contractual obligations relating to the safekeeping of:

⠀card;

⠀ of its data;

⠀ of security codes;

⠀as well as if the fraudulent use belongs to you.
