How do I know when my requested Direct Card is ready?
Your card leaves us in 5 days 😊. Pretty simple, huh?
You can receive it by courier if you requested a replacement card, or by post if it's your original card.
You'll receive an SMS letting you know we've sent the card to you and also an SMS with a PIN 🤓.
The card is sent to you inactive, so once you receive it and also have the PIN via text, call 021.308.4000, press the 0 key and the 1 key to activate.
By the way, before your first use, once you've activated the card, don't forget to pop into a BT ATM to perform a balance query and this will also activate the contactless card option 🤓.
