AI Search is trained to answer questions that relate exclusively to the banking products offered by BT, but in certain situations and depending on the questions asked, it may also answer general questions. The answers provided are automatically generated and are to be used for information purposes only. The service may sometimes provide inaccurate or potentially offensive content, which does not represent the views of Banca Transilvania. You are solely responsible for your use of the content generated by this service in any way. Do not rely on this service for financial, legal or other professional advice and do not enter personal data or other confidential information into this service.

Access to and use of the service implies your unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this service. AI Search does not provide answers to personalized questions, so by using it you are obligated not to provide or enter any personal data or other confidential information in your messages/questions. In case you do not comply with this obligation, by inserting personal data/confidential information in AI Search, you consent to their processing for the purpose of providing the service (answers to the questions you ask), as well as for the improvement of the algorithmic model of the robot by its developer.

For BT customers only

How do you withdraw money via BT Pay?

You can request money from someone who has BT Pay using just their phone number:

⠀Alegi "Request Money" and then select the person you want to request money from in your phonebook;

⠀Enter the amount of money and the details of the request;

⠀You agree to the transaction and the bank commission applied;

⠀Authorize the transaction using the phone unlock method. 😎


Payer (also BT customer)

Receive an SMS about the amount pending payment.

The SMS is sent to the phone number of your choice. It contains a link that:

⠀Ifthe payer in turn uses BT Pay (the app is installed on the phone), open the transfer operation in the app menu.

The user can see the transaction details directly in the dedicated screen;

⠀Ifthe payer does not use the digital wallet (and therefore the app is not installed on the phone), the link received via SMS directs the user to Google Play, Huawei App Gallery or App Storewhere you can download the app.

Once the application is installed and the registered user/card enrolled, the link will open the transfer operation and the payer will see the transaction details

The payer can:

⠀Acceptthe transaction, in which case payment is made;

⠀Letthe payment request expire;

⠀Rejectthe request for payment with the reason for the rejection.


Beneficiary:

⠀Asthe beneficiary and applicant of the operation, you will be notified of the payer's action;

⠀Ifthe payer does not install the digital wallet successfully or is not a BT customer (who can enjoy and use the digital wallet), the transaction cannot be made and the transfer request expires in 48h.
