ONLY FOR BT CUSTOMERS
How do I set transaction limits on my personal BT card?
When it comes to boundaries, we like to keep you up to date. 😊
And since we want to make it as easy as possible for you, we want you to know that you can set your trading limits directly from BT Pay.
Just follow the steps below:
❶⠀Go into the app and choose the card you want to set a limit for;
❷⠀Go to "Settings", tap the ⚙ wheel on the top-right, and from the menu that will be displayed, choose "Card transaction limits".
Once here, you have the categories "Card payments in shops " - which refers exactly to payments made at merchants, "Online payments with CVV" and "Online payments without CVV";
❸⠀Select the desired limits, set the period, and then click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen
And that's it, now the boundaries are set. 😎
❗ Transaction limits set through BT Pay affect both physical cards and cards registered in the app.
In addition, BT Pay allows you to temporarily or permanently block/unblock cards.
Access to these settings is allowed only by entering the code received by SMS on the phone number registered in the bank's records.
You will be able to set daily limits for each card, up to a maximum amount set by the bank per card type, for a period defined by the user, but not exceeding 90 days.
The transaction limits that can be set via BT Pay refer to:
➤⠀number ofonline and offline transactions;
➤⠀maximum amountthat can be withdrawn from the ATM;
➤⠀payby card in shops;
➤⠀payonline with CVV;
➤⠀payonline without CVV.
