How can I cancel a payment made via internet banking and already processed?

Well, this depends in advance on the type of payee. There are two cases in which you may find yourself: 

⠀If it is a transaction from us to another bank, you can only get your money back if the funds have not yet been received by the beneficiary bank;

⠀if the payee has account with us, the money can only be recovered with his written consent.
