In the case of distraints imposed only by budget executors (e.g. ANAF/town hall) or only by bailiffs, payment is made in the chronological order in which the amounts in the account were distrained.

If both budget and bailiffs and bailiffs have instituted garnishments, payment shall be made in the order of distribution of the amounts provided for by law, first to the budget and then to the bailiffs, in the chronological order of the order in which the garnishments were instituted.
