How is damage reported?

To report a claim, you need to contact the insurer at the phone number listed on your insurance policy. 📞

An operator will provide you with a list of the necessary documents and schedule an appointment for assessment, if applicable. 

For leased vehicles, you will need a damage authorization, which you can generate in just a few clicks, quickly, from the BT MyLeasing platform – Assets section – Damage Authorizations. 📲
