If there are persons with multiple signature rights on the account, the first signature is that of the creator of the payment. He can view the signed payment in the section of the platform "Order Status/Authorizations" > "Statustransactions". 

The person with the second signature right has the right to authorise or refuse the transaction by accessing the "Status/Authorisation orders" > "Package of transactions to be signed".
