How do I withdraw money from an ATM with NeoBT if I don't have my card with me?
❶⠀From NeoBT Mobile Banking, go to the "Quick Actions" menu and select "Cardless Cash at ATM".
❷⠀Choose the card and write the desired amount. Type: must be a multiple of 10. 😉
❸⠀How long do you want your withdrawal code to be valid?
From 30 minutes to 12 hours, you can get to a BT ATM anytime.
You still have a choice of where you want to get the code. SMS or email - which is easier for you?
❹⠀Check if the data is correct and that's it! Tap "Confirm".
❺⠀When you get to the BT ATM, choose the option "Cash without card", then enter the code. Speaking of ATMs, you've got here a map of them.
