You have two ways to change your card PIN in BT Pay Web:
- From the Dashboard (Cards section)
- From the "Products and Services" menu - "Cards"
Choose the card you want, then "Card Settings" - "Card PIN" and enter your phone number. You will receive a BT ATM activation code.
