How do I change the name of an account in NeoBT?

In NeoBT Mobile Banking: 

Enter Your Profile and go to "Customize #neo", then "Products". Using the "Edit" ✏️ button next to each account you can enter and save the new name. 

In NeoBT Internet Banking: 

From the menu "General" and the "Customize", go to "All products". Click on the "Edit" button next to the account, enter the new name, then save. And that's it!

Nothing could be simpler. 😁
