The Bill Payment service is for all BT Pay users who are identified as BT Pay customers based on the phone number given to the bank and who have at least one BT card in the app.

In BT Pay, you'll find 'Pay Bills' right on the main application screen in the Cards menu.

The "Pay Bills" option is also available from the Accounts menu, making it possible to pay by payment order to approximately 150 suppliers.
