You can send euros or lei, based on your phone number, from BT Pay.  

Euro: If the person you want to send money to has BT Pay just choose the option Transferrespectively Send Eur and choose the person you want to send money to from your phonebook. Enter the amount of money you want to send and the details of the transaction, authorize the transaction by entering your PIN code or biometrics.

Lei: Go to Send RON - if you do not have a lei account, you will be directed to open a lei account. You can replenish it by exchanging your card in euro, choose the person in your address book you want to send the money to, enter the amount and authorize the transaction by entering your PIN code or biometrics.
