Come into any BT branch to talk to one of our colleagues directly about your credit situation.  

If you want to switch to repaying your loan in equal or decreasing instalments, we analyse your financial situation and see if you fit the new conditions.

If all is well and you are eligible, you will return to your preferred BT unit and sign the addendum to the credit agreement.
