You can always delete a card from BT Pay.

Once you're in the app, all you need to do is hover over the card you want to delete.

In the 'Card settings' section, which you'll find at the bottom-middle, you'll need to choose the 'Delete this card' option.

An alternative way to delete the card is to go to the 'More' section and select the 'Delete card' option.

❗ Deleting from the app does not block the physical card.
