How can I reset my BT24 Internet Banking password?
The ways for corporate customers to reset their BT24 Internet Banking password are:
- a new password is generated in the BT unit and the user receives the document Borderou handover-receipt
- from BT24 Mobile Banking after logging in go to: "More" -> "Change BT24 password" -> define a new password and a new security date
- from the BT Go application, click on the "Reset password" option, the corporate customer is redirected to the INO chatbot. Browse
- flow and identification (with BT Pay or liveness) and then you will receive a temporary password by SMS. A BT24 user who is a legal entity customer who is not yet a BT Go user can reset their BT24 password by accessing the BT Go app (even if they are not a BT Go user).
- via the Call Center (if security criteria are met) or by appointing a trusted person to request a password reset for you from a BT establishment.
