How can I get my credit card statements?

Very simple and you have several options to choose from: 

• Freevia BT Visual Help: by calling  0264 308 000➭ click on the link you received via SMS ➭ and from the main menu, select “Request statement”;
• You can choose to have your account statements sent to you automatically by email each month; you can enable this option at any BT branch;
• In the more than 500 branches and offices of our bank;  
• Throughits nearly 500 multifunctional ATMsBT Express, where you can generate and email your account statement yourself;  
• Bymail, for 2.9 lei per account statement; this option must be activated at any of our branches.
