How can I renew my Direct Card before it expires?
You can reissue your card as follows:
➤ Request reissue by calling the Call Center;
➤ Request reissue by sending an e-mail to: contact@btdirect.ro and our colleagues will call you as soon as possible;
➤ If you're an account holder, you can block your card permanently from BT Pay yourself.
