❶⠀Direct from the platform BT24 Internet Banking, from secure messaging* which can be found in the "Messages " menu ➭ "Ask BT" section where you can ask for this in writing;

❷⠀From any BT unit

* Deactivation of the service via secure messaging is available only to individual customers.
