If you want to recover the extra amount you have deposited, you can request this:

• In writing, at any Banca Transilvania branch
• By phone, at ALO BT Direct: 0264 302 000
• By e-mail sent to contact@btdirect.ro;

You then withdraw the extra amount in cash from your BT Direct account.
