How can I retrieve my bank statement in FGO?

Ideally, you can do this by authorising FGO to read the data from your bank, via the PSD2 protocol as a European norm/standard; if you don't want to do this, you can also upload it manually into FGO, if you can download an xls/csv format from your bank's application.
