How can I pay bills quickly?
The options for paying bills are varied and you don't necessarily have to come to the bank if you don't want to.
You can pay your bills simply and easily from your phone, laptop or even at a BT 🏧 machine.
How? Simple:
❶⠀WithBT Pay: if you use BT Pay and have at least one BT card registered in the app, it's easy. From the main screen of the app choose 'Pay Bills', add your online accounts with your utility providers and see your overdue bills and payment history. From here, you can automatically make payment from your BT card in the app or scan your bill.
❷⠀Rightfrom your phone or laptop: instead of coming to a branch, you can use Neo Internet & Mobile Banking or BT24 Internet & Mobile Banking.
❸⠀ATMs BT EXPRESS and BT EXPRESS Plus: are close 500 BT ATMs across the country. It's unlikely you won't find one when you're out and about. All you have to do is scan the barcode on your bill and within moments you're paid, with no extra charges.
❹⠀AtBT ATMs: beyond ATMs, bills can also easily be paid at our ATMs. We have over 500 across the country. Simply insert your card into the ATM, type in your PIN, choose from the "Payments" menu and enter the customer code followed by the invoice number.
❺ With Pago: you can pay bills to 75 integrated suppliers by scanning your barcode using your phone's camera.
❻ B y Direct Debit: since you have to pay your bills monthly, why not leave it to a secure and simple digital solution? With Direct Debit the only worry is that you will have the amount you need in your account on the due date to payments to utility providers to be processed automatically. So you save time and your bills are always paid on the due date.
