How can I refuse payment for a transaction I don't resign?

If you notice transactions on your statement that you don't recognize or that appear duplicated, we recommend that you contact the merchant - by phone or email - to report the situation.
If you don't get a clear answer or the problem is not resolved, the next step is to email us at contact@btdirect.ro or contact our Call Center colleagues on 021 308 4000 and explain the situation.
We will need details of the transaction, as well as supporting documentation: POS receipts or vouchers, bank statements and, if applicable, emails exchanged with the merchant.
We require these documents in accordance with Mastercard's international transaction dispute regulations to support your claim for a refund to the merchant and their bank.
