❶⠀Don't reveal mobile banking security features (e.g. password, token code) and don't store them on your device. For extra security, set a password to protect access to your mobile phone or tablet;

❷⠀Download the mobile app(s) found on official websites such as AppStore, Google Play or AppGallery. As a rule, when it comes to our apps they are only available in these official locations;

❸⠀Don't leave your smartphone unattended when you are logged in and make sure your smartphone screen is not visible to unauthorised people when performing confidential operations;

❹⠀Be cautious about opening links you receive in SMS or emails. Do not reply to unsolicited messages or phone calls and remember that we will not contact you to request security items such as password, token code, PIN etc. 😉
