You can ask someone in your phone book for money in euros by following these steps:  

- Choose option Request EUR from the Transfer and then choose the contact in the phonebook you want to request money from.

- Enter the amount of money you want to receive and the details of your request. 

- Authorize the transaction by entering your PIN, fingerprint or facial recognition. 

The person will receive an SMS with your request, which they can accept from BT Pay.
