How can I cancel a transaction?

If you have made a payment and want to get your money back, you need to initiate a payment refusal. 

You can dispute a transaction by BT Visual Help by following the steps below:

⠀Call phone number 0264 308 000 and access the link received by SMS;

⠀Access the Dispute transactions and the steps indicated for completion.

This request can also be made either in the call centre at the following numbers 0264 308 028* or *8028*or in any BT unit. 🙂

⠀how many customers already talk to our colleagues by phone;  

⠀how many people have called us and are waiting to be picked up; 

⠀what is the average waiting time to get in touch with us.
