However, in case of an emergency, you can call 24/7, select an option from the automated menu, and depending on the situation, you’ll be transferred within 20 seconds.    

🔷Or, if you want to quickly find out specific details about your loan, call from the phone number listed in your loan agreement andfollow these steps:

-Press 2 –Credits

-thenpress 0 – enter your loan agreement number for identification

Next, open the interactive menu and you can immediately find out:

• monthly payment

• number of remaining payments

• total amount granted as a loan

• due date of the next payment

• and more 😄
