The PIN code of the card is known only to you and cannot be learned from the Call Center. If you can't remember your PIN code, call the Call Center on 021 308 4000 to request a new one.

You immediately receive a text message on the phone number associated with your account, and if you want a preferred PIN code, you can change it at any BT ATM.
