How can a child get access to use BT Pay Kiddo?

For minors who already have a BT account and are aged 14-18, access is provided by the parent on their BT Pay.
For minors without a BT account and aged 8-18, access is provided by the parent from their BT Pay. In addition, a Kiddo card is also required, which we make on the spot, along with a sub-account with the parent.
