Very simple, in 4 easy steps: 

1. Download the documents (you will need the latest Adobe Reader): the payment order in lei, the foreign currency payment order.
2. Fill in all the data electronically and make sure the barcode has been generated before printing.
3. List the documents in A4 format and sign both copies listed on one tab.
4. Come to the bank with the documents listed and signed in original.
