How do I change my business card transaction limits?
You have the possibility to change transaction limits for POS transactions, or internet transactions, within the maximum limits set by the bank.
Here's how you can change these limits for free:
Via BT Visual Help:
➭ call the number 0264 308 000:
➭ you access the link received by SMS;
➭ and from the main menu select "Change card limits";
Through the platform BT24 Internet Banking:
➭ log in to your account and choose the option "Cards"from the menu at the top of the screen;
➭ opt for the "View card";
➭ select the card for which you want to change the limits by pressing the 👁🗨 symbol;
➭ you activate the change of limits by pressing the 🔧 symbol next to the transaction type.
With the BT24 Mobile Banking:
➭ access the "Finance"option at the bottom of the screen;
➭ select "Cards" from the newly opened menu;
➭ choose the card for which you want to change the transaction limits;
➭ click on "View and edit Limits".
With the NeoBT Mobile Banking:
From the main page, select the card you want and go to "Details". At the bottom of the screen you will find the option "Change card limits". From here you can set new limits.
Select the date by which you want the change to be active and sign the operation.
By the foliage NeoBT Internet Banking:
From the Dashboard, in the "Cards", choose the "Change limits".
