ONLY FOR BT CUSTOMERS
How do I enroll a BT card in BT Pay?
For registration in BT Payyou must provide us with the following information: your phone number, which is validated by a code received by SMS, your nickname and your date of birth. You will be identified in our database on the basis of the phone number declared to the bank and your date of birth.
In BT Pay you can add cards issued in the name of an individual or legal entity. How do you do this? 😊
Once you have been identified based on the above information, to make the process easier, you need to choose from the list of available cards to add to the BT Pay. You'll be able to add cards issued and/or reissued on expiry and/or on demand in your name. You will also need to manually add the CVV for each of the cards you want to use.
To add BT cards to BT Pay you need to enter the code CVV code for each of the cards you want to use in the app.
If you don't have an account with BT and you want to add your meal voucher cards, you need to manually enter the card details (card number, first and last name as they appear on the card, expiry date and CVV code - the 3 digits on the back of the card). The same applies if you are not identified in our database.
To complete the registration, we will send you an SMS code for each BT card you want to add to the app - OTP (one-time password) to the phone number you told the bank when you became a BT customer or updated your details.
❗⠀Remember: BT cards you already have in BT Pay or are about to add will be automatically enrolled in 3D Secure and will enable online payment authentication functionality directly from the app.
