How do I enroll a BT Direct card in BT Pay?
To register for BT Pay, you need to install the app on the phone number you declared at the beginning of the contractual relationship (on which you will receive an OTP code for validation), go through an identification process where you will be asked to take a photo of your ID card and register using your phone's camera.
Once you have gone through the app installation flow, you can add your BT Direct card by following the steps:
- Go to the 'Add card' section at the top (the '+' symbol).
- Select 'Add a BT card'
- Enter the required details manually
- Choose the "Send SMS" option and wait for the code in the message to auto-complete.
❗ Remember: BT cards that you already have in BT Pay or are about to add will be automatically enrolled into 3D Secure and will enable online payment authentication functionality directly from the app.
