❗ The supporting document is the document on the basis of which you made a payment transaction.

To upload a supporting document for a transaction, follow the steps below:

➤ Click on the Accounts section on the main page

➤ Log in to the account where the transaction is located and click on Transactions

➤ Select the transaction for which you want to upload the document

➤ Next to the Document section is the Upload button .
Select the function and upload the document.

❗ Document format: The document must be in JPG, PNG or PDF format to be uploaded. The size must not exceed 1MB.
