How do I block my card in NeoBT mobile banking?

You have three simple choices 😄:

1.

Directly from the Dashboard, select the desired card.

Go to the "Status" option and temporarily block the card or report it lost or stolen.

From the Quick Actions menu .

Tap on "Block/Unblock a card".

From the "Products" menu , go to the "My Cards" submenu .

Choose the card you want.

Then scroll down until you find: "Block/Unblock a card".

Choose a new status for your card: temporarily blocked, lost, stolen.

Tap "Confirm" and that's it. Your money is safe.
