How do I find out my IBAN if I opened my account online?

Simple. You'll find it in the SMS you received from us on the day you opened your online account. 

If you've misplaced or deleted your SMS, you can easily find it:

  • from BT Pay ;
  • or from BT Visual Help , by calling 0264 308 000 ➭ access the link received via SMS ➭ select from the main menu " account statement, IBAN&CIF list " ➭ choose the option " IBAN&Client code (CIF) list " .
