The answers provided are automatically generated and are to be used for information purposes only. How do I activate my BT Go if I am a BT24 user?

To access BT Go you need your BT24 login ID and the password you use when logging into the web version of BT24.
Activating BT Go will establish a common login between the two applications (BT Go and BT24).
If you change your password in BT24, the new password will be valid in BT Go, or vice versa: if you change your password in BT Go, the new password will be valid in BT24.

To activate the BT Go app on the web you need Google Chrome (min. version 68) and a smartphone.

The steps to follow are:

⠀Access the link https://goapp.bancatransilvania.ro/app/auth/login and enter the login ID and password you use to log in to the web version of the BT24 application

⠀Generate QR code

⠀Download the BT Go app on your smartphone (from the App Store - if you have iOS or from Google Play/Magazine Play - if you have Android)

⠀Scan the QR code with your mobile phone by pressing the "Scan QR code" button

⠀Re-enter the password you use when logging into the web version of BT24 - and which you will also use in BT Go

⠀Enter the security code received on your mobile phone

⠀Please see "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions"

⠀After the success message is displayed both on the mobile app and on the web, you can set the login mode in the app (touch/face ID) depending on the biometrics of the phone you are using.
For each web login you will need the app activated on your mobile phone.

To activate the BT Go app using just your smartphone, follow these steps:

⠀Download the BT Go app (from the App Store - if you have iOS or from Google Play/Magazine Play - if you have Android)

⠀Enter the login ID and password you use when logging into the web version of the BT24 application

⠀Enter the security code received on your phone

⠀Set PIN code

⠀After the success message is displayed, you can set your in-app authentication mode (touch/face ID) according to the biometrics of the phone you are using
