How do I activate my BT Go if I am not a BT24 user?
To access BT Go you need the login ID and password you received when you activated Internet Banking. You can find the ID on the form you received when you opened your account - in physical form if you were in the branch, or by email if you opened your account online. You received your temporary password by SMS for the security of your data.

Steps to activate BT Go from your phone:
Download the BT Go app to your smartphone (from the App Store or Google Play/Magazin Play)
Enter your Internet Banking credentials
- Validate the code received by SMS
- Browse and accept the terms and conditions
- Set a new secure password for your account
- Set a 6-digit PIN for your mobile app
- Enable biometric authentication for more security
- Turn on notifications to stay up-to-date.
If you want to activate BT Go from your laptop:
Enter the Internet Banking credentials you received when opening your account
Download the BT Go app to your smartphone (from the App Store or Google Play/Magazin Play)
Go into the app and scan the QR code with the mobile phone you want to activate BT Go on
- Enter the Internet Banking credentials that you used on the web
- Validate the code received by SMS
- Set a 6-digit PIN for your mobile app
- Enable biometric authentication for more security
- Turn on notifications to stay up-to-date.
