How do I activate my BT Go if I am not a BT24 user?
The data required to access the BT Go app are the login ID and password received by email when opening your bank account.
To activate the BT Go app on the web you need Google Chrome (min. version 68) and a smartphone.
The steps to follow are:
❶⠀Enter the login ID and password you received by email when you opened your account
❷⠀Generate QR code
❸⠀Download the BT Go app (from the App Store - if you have iOS or from Google Play/Magazine Play - if you have Android )
❹⠀Scan the QR code with your mobile phone by pressing the "Scan QR code" button
❺⠀Choose a new password
❻⠀Enter security code received
❼⠀Please see "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions"
❽⠀After the success message is displayed both on the mobile app and on the web platform you can set your login mode in the app (touch/face ID) depending on the biometrics of the phone you are using.
For each login on the web platform you will need the app activated on your mobile phone.
