You only have to follow a few simple steps to make a negotiated currency exchange: 

Step 1: From the BT Go app go to Currency exchange and activate the Negotiated foreign exchange.

Keep in mind that you can make a negotiated exchange for minimum 25.000 EUR/USD/GBP vs. RON or the equivalent of 10.000 EUR for other currency pairs and only on working days between 09:00 and 17:30.

Step 2: Select accounts between which you transfer, enter the amount of the exchange and click on the Continue.

Step 3: Verify the information entered, click the Go further and then send request for the negotiated exchange.

Step 4: In a few moments you will receive an push notification with the negotiated exchange offer. This is valid for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Access the notification received on your phone, check the proposed exchange rate and accept the offer. Done, the exchange has been carried out. Of course you can also decline the offer if you wish.
